Ethiopian Amaro Gayo - This coffee is grown in the lower altitudes of Ethiopia. The Full City Roast brings out the sweet, nutty, and green tea like attributes of the bean. Not only is this coffee great to the palate, it’s great for world we live in. Much of this region uses sun drying and mechanical pulping machines to process which decreases water consumption and eliminates pollution.We roast this light to full city.

This bean makes the smoothest cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I’m no professional coffee taster, but to me it’s light-bodied, with a nutty aroma and a lightly bitter taste, if there is such a thing. Brew a pot of this coffee, and coffee drinkers will come running from miles around.
